The blends run from fruity to spicy. On the fruity side there is Je ressens with hibiscus and orange, Le silence vous entoure with apple and lemon, and Éveil with lemon, apple and ginger. Spicier cups come from Ginger Glow with ginger, lemon and cardamom, Joie Infinie with cocoa, cardamom and orange, and Énergie du feu with chocolate, mint and chilli. Floral and minty notes appear in Bonne Nuit with carob, valerian and camomile and in Je parle with liquorice, mint and lavender.

The blend names are the manufacturer's own names and say nothing about any effect. One of the blends, Je suis en paix, is made with green tea, cinnamon and bergamot.

The manufacturer gives one single brewing instruction for the whole calendar: 300 ml of water at 100 °C and 5 to 9 minutes of steeping. The same instruction applies to all 24 bags, so you never have to look up a separate time for a particular door.

Keep the box where you actually drink your tea, on the kitchen counter or next to the coffee machine, and the daily cup will not be forgotten. 300 ml fills roughly one large mug, though you can also share the infusion between two small cups.

If you are giving the calendar away, hand it over before 1 December so the first door opens on time. You can also brew the daily bag for two and make it a short shared pause in the afternoon.
