Shipping costs for Switzerland/Liechtenstein

The fastest delivery at the best price!
Only 6.95 CHF postage – flat rate!
For packages up to 30 kg. Unlimited and weight-independent!

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are always shipped as A-Post (Priority), which are usually delivered on the next working day. Delays may occur on the part of Swiss Post, over which we have no influence.

For comparison:
A Priority package from 2 kg to 30 kg costs, graded by weight, well over 9.00 CHF and usually has to be handed in before 12:00 noon to arrive the next day. With us, you save time and money!
URGENT (Express post) – Delivery also on Saturday

Since our packages in Switzerland usually always arrive on the next working day, the URGENT (express post) shipping option is only available from Thursday 4:00 PM to Friday 4:00 PM.

With the URGENT option, you receive your order also on Saturday.
The shipping method (URGENT) costs 17 CHF.

Note: In this case, express delivery (PostPac Urgent) is unfortunately not possible.

Up to 2 kg: 7.50 € (shipment contents not insured)
From 2 kg: 30.00 € (registered shipment, shipment contents insured)
Transit time: 4–7 working days after dispatch
Important: Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing time. This is beyond our control.
Customs and import regulations

For orders with an invoice value over 22.00 €, additional VAT payments may be due when importing into the EU. These and other possible customs costs and fees are borne by the customer.

Important: The obligation to inform oneself about the customs and import regulations of the home country lies solely with the customer.
Packstations and address
No packstations: We do not deliver to packstations outside Switzerland.

Returns

Voluntary right of return – 30 days

In Switzerland there is no statutory right of return for online purchases. However, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day right of return from receipt of the goods. The shipping date of your return (postmark) is decisive.

Condition of the goods

The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, unused and complete. Please enclose the fully completed return slip.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, personal-care, hygiene and food items as well as personalised products are excluded from return.
Items excluded from return

Individual items are excluded from the voluntary right of return for reasons of hygiene, health or product nature. Such items are marked accordingly on the respective product page.

Your statutory warranty rights for defective or faulty goods remain unaffected.
How to register your return

The easiest way is to register the return directly in your customer account under “My orders” – you immediately receive a ready-made return slip as a PDF with address label and barcode.

Who bears the return costs?
For a voluntary return, you bear the return shipping costs. We do not charge any handling fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept unpaid parcels.
Defective or faulty goods – statutory warranty

Independently of the voluntary right of return, in the case of defective or faulty goods you have the statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations – 2 years from receipt. This period applies in addition and is not limited by the 30 days.

Please report defects immediately upon discovery by e-mail to support@enjoymedia.ch or by phone at +41 (0) 41 526 04 52. In justified cases of defect or incorrect delivery, we cover the return postage.

Important! For shipments from abroad, please note that it is defective goods!
Returns we cannot accept
Opened or used goods, as well as returns after the 30-day period, cannot be accepted under our voluntary return scheme and will be returned to you at your expense. Defective or faulty goods are exempt from this – the statutory warranty rights apply instead (see above).
Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The refund is made to your original means of payment within a few working days after receipt and inspection of the goods. On request, we also offer a replacement or a voucher.
