Nostradamus Organic Herbal Tea Set with Infuser and Spoon

Ginger leads the blend at 30 %, joined by hibiscus 19 %, apple 8.5 %, rosehip 8 %, blackberry 7 %, cinnamon 6 %, mint 5 %, liquorice 5 %, chicory 4 %, rose 2 %, lemon myrtle 2 %, black pepper 1.5 %, natural lemon flavouring 1 %, lemon peel 0.5 % and orange peel 0.5 %. Every ingredient comes from organic cultivation.

In the cup, strong ginger and tangy hibiscus come first, with red fruit from blackberry and rosehip behind them and notes of cinnamon and mint. The finish is lemony and floral. The bottle label is black with a moon, clouds and a constellation in gold and reads Tisane de Nostradamus Bio, Gingembre, Cannelle, Poivre.

Use the measuring spoon to lift the loose tea out of the bottle and fill the hinged mesh ball. Hang it in your cup by the chain, pour water at 90 degrees over it and let the tea brew for 6 to 8 minutes. Then lift the ball out again by the round charm with the Provence d'Antan logo. As the tea is loose rather than bagged, you decide how much goes into each cup.

Close the bottle with its cork stopper after use. Once the tea is finished, the bottle can be refilled and used again, and the compartments in the box give the infuser and spoon a place to live.
