How many items do I need per guest?
Most sets serve 12 to 120 people — quantities are shown in the product title. Rule of thumb per guest: 1 main plate, 1 dessert bowl, 2 glasses (water/wine), 1 champagne flute, 3-4 napkins for a 4-hour party.
When should I order to receive everything in time?
Order by 5pm Mon-Fri → next-working-day delivery across Switzerland. For relaxed preparation, we recommend ordering 2-3 days before your event.
What does shipping cost?
CHF 6.95 per parcel, free above CHF 70. Delivered by Swiss Post (PostPac Priority). No pickup in Kriens — everything comes straight to your door.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes — Saturday delivery is selectable in checkout for a small surcharge. Perfect if your party is on Saturday evening or Sunday: order by Friday 5pm and your parcel arrives Saturday.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, PostFinance Pay, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and invoice. With invoice you'll receive a QR bill by email — 30 days payment terms.
What if something doesn't fit?
30 days return policy from delivery. Return slip: enjoymedia.ch/media/retour.pdf — send back to Kriens, return shipping at customer's expense. For defective items we cover the return shipping of course.
Which colour combinations look most elegant?
Gold + black is the premium classic (black-tie look). Gold + champagne is softer and more romantic — ideal for weddings or anniversaries. Gold + white is bright and spring-like. Stick to three colours maximum, otherwise the table will look cluttered.
Which lighting suits a golden party?
Warm light (2700 Kelvin) instead of daylight — gold reflects it more beautifully. Spread tea lights in glass holders across the table for accents. Fairy lights in champagne or warm white around mirrors or windows look festive. Colourful LEDs ruin the elegant mood — dim the lights instead.
Tips for preparation the day before?
Set the table completely: iron the tablecloth, fold napkins, polish cutlery. Chill champagne at least 4 hours in advance, ideally overnight in the fridge. Prepare snacks that don't need open flames. Compile a playlist — jazz, soul and lounge fit perfectly with the gold mood.
