How does the Wireless Wine Thermometer work? Switch on the probe, put it in the bottle and place the bottle in the fridge or an ice bucket. Select the type of wine on the remote and wait until the green light stops flashing.
Does it still transmit with the fridge door closed? Yes. The signal is sent wirelessly and passes through a standard refrigerator door. The range is 7.5 m.
Which wines is the thermometer suitable for? Red, white, rosé and champagne. Each has a preset serving temperature that you can adjust to your own taste or to the temperature on the label.
Does it measure the wine or the bottle? The probe measures the temperature of the wine inside the bottle, not the bottle itself.
What does the display show? The remote's LCD display shows both the actual temperature and the target temperature.
Which batteries do I need? A CR2032 lithium battery for the probe is included. The remote needs 1 AAA battery.
