Chamomile is one of the oldest remedies ever — gentle, soothing and versatile. What's included in the grow kit? A waterproof cork pot, a biodegradable inner pot, organic substrate, chamomile seeds and sowing and care instructions.
How big is the cork pot? The cork pot measures Ø 12 x 10 cm.
How long until the first shoots appear? First shoots show after 1–3 weeks. The seeds are light germinators, so scatter them on the surface and press them down only lightly.
Where should I put the pot and how do I water it? Somewhere bright, by the window or on the balcony. Water regularly but avoid waterlogging, as the cork pot holds water back.
How do I harvest and dry the flowers? Pick the flowers in full bloom, ideally in late morning once the dew has evaporated. Then air-dry them in the dark and store them in an airtight jar.
Are the seeds organic and where is the kit made? The seeds are organic and the substrate is too. The kit is made in Spain.
Garden Pocket is a Spanish family business from Murcia that has been developing growing and garden kits since 2013. What started with the idea of growing edible mushrooms on coffee grounds has evolved into a varied range: seed tins, cork growing pots, hydroponic sets and urban mini-gardens for every household — regardless of space or experience. Garden Pocket stands for ecological materials, tested organic seeds and the mission to bring the joy of home growing into every home.
