Garden Pocket Edible Pansy Seeds Viola Tricolor — grow your own edible flowers and turn salads, cocktails and desserts into small works of art. Viola tricolor, also known as wild pansy, is one of Europe's best-known edible flowers, with velvety petals in purple, white and yellow.
The taste is mild and green-fresh with a slight sweet note — ideal as an edible garnish. Pro chefs love pansies for both their look and their delicate flavour, which sits harmoniously in salads, soups, quark, cream cheese, sandwiches, ice cubes, cocktails and pastries. Folk medicine also attributes anti-inflammatory properties to the plant.
Pansies are easy to care for and thrive in beds and balcony boxes alike. A single seed packet brings many plants that continuously produce new flowers from spring to autumn.

Garden Pocket stands for ecological materials, tested organic seeds and the mission to bring the joy of home growing into every home.
