Anyone who is concerned about the disappearance of bees and butterflies can take concrete action with this seed set. Instead of a purely decorative area, you can create a flowering zone that provides nectar and pollen from spring to late summer. Even on a balcony or in a small city garden, you can create real added value for pollinators.
The species included have been specifically selected because they are attractive to insects. Borage, marigold and cosmos provide abundant food, while dill, coriander and fennel combine useful plants with an ecological function. Sunflowers and asters add extra structure and flowering power to the bed. The result is not a monotonous flower bed, but a varied mixture with different heights, colours and flowering times.
The seeds are simply sown, and the rest develops with light, water and a little patience. The set comes with a 24-page booklet by a specialist gardener, which provides step-by-step guidance on sowing and care. The result is a small, visibly living ecosystem in an area or balcony box.
Features:
- Seed set for butterfly and bee flowers
- 12 selected, nectar-rich plant species
- Promotes biodiversity in the garden or on the balcony
- Also suitable for urban locations
