The Pottery Kit Basic is a starter set for your first go at working with clay: white air-dry clay, acrylic paints, brushes and wooden modelling tools all belong to the kit. It is made in Poland. No kiln is needed, because the clay hardens in the open air. A clear spot on the kitchen table is enough to shape your first bowl or figure.
The set is built for beginners and adults who want a calm, hands-on hobby. You get 1 kg of white air-dry clay in total, split into two 500 g portions, plus 15 acrylic paints of 6 ml each. You shape, let the piece dry and then paint it in any colour you like. Bowls, small figures or pieces of jewellery are all possible.
Material, paints, tools and an instruction manual are all there, so you do not need to buy anything else to get started.

The process comes down to three steps: shape, dry, paint. Take a piece of clay from one of the two portions, press or roll it into shape and work the details with the wooden modelling tools.
Once the piece is shaped, it simply sits in the air until it is hard. Only then do the paints come in. On the mixing palette you can blend your own shades from the 15 acrylic paints, while the 6 wooden brushes in various sizes cover larger areas as well as fine lines.
It is DIY pottery for adults. It fits a quiet afternoon at home, a first try at a new hobby and anyone who enjoys making something with their hands. With no kiln needed, the start stays simple.
