Lino Cutting DIY Box with 3 Lino Blocks
This product will be released on 14 October 2026
This lino cutting DIY box is a complete starter kit for anyone who wants to make their own stamps and prints. No previous experience is needed. Materials and instructions come together in one box, so you can start your first design straight after unpacking. The set is made in Belgium.
Lino cutting follows a simple principle: you transfer your design onto the lino block, cut away everything that should stay light, roll ink over the raised surface and press it onto paper. The cut blocks stay reusable, so a single design gives you any number of prints on paper and gift wrap. As a printing set, the box is not used up after one creative evening.
The kit brings cutting tools, ink and paper together in one package. Everything is matched up, so you do not need to buy anything else to get started.

The packaging and the instruction booklet are in Dutch. A textile medium is not included: you need it separately if you want to print on fabric.
With the transfer paper you bring a drawing onto the lino block in mirror image. Then you work with the cutting knives, which come in various sizes. Whatever you cut away takes no ink and stays light in the print.
Next you spread the block printing ink evenly over the block with the roller, lay the printing paper on top and rub it down. The ink is water-based and washable. The instruction booklet takes you through the sequence step by step and also points to videos.
The box is aimed at creative beginners with no previous knowledge and at anyone who would rather make stamps and cards than buy them. Teenagers should work with it only under adult supervision, as the cutting knives are sharp. The set is not intended for small children.
As a gift it works for Christmas, for a birthday or as a thank you, and it makes a good basis for a creative evening for two or in a small group.
Start with a simple graphic design with clear shapes. Fine lines take more practice with the knives, while larger areas print more evenly. Always guide the blade away from your body and keep your other hand behind the tool.
After cutting, pull a test print on the printing paper first. That shows you which areas still need trimming before you move on to gift wrap. Apply the ink thinly, because too much ink fills the cut grooves and makes the design look blurred.
What is included in the box? Three lino blocks, cutting knives in various sizes, water-based block printing ink, an ink roller, printing paper, transfer paper and a detailed instruction booklet with videos.
Do I need previous experience? No. The set is designed as a starter kit for beginners, and the booklet guides you through the individual steps.
How big are the lino blocks? Each block measures 10 × 15 cm, roughly postcard size. The box itself is 25.5 × 16 cm.
Can I print on fabric with it? Yes, but only with a textile medium. That is available separately and is not part of the set.
Can the blocks be used more than once? Yes, the cut blocks are reusable and allow any number of prints on paper and gift wrap.
