The XL Fluffy Slime Kit is a DIY set for making your own slime. White PVA glue, activator and fluffy sand turn into an exceptionally light, soft and fluffy slime with an airy consistency. The secret is the fluffy sand added to the glue: it makes the mass delicate, increases its volume and makes it more elastic and pleasant to the touch.
The kit is made for slime fans of school age and for children who enjoy mixing and kneading. Two bags of fluffy sand, pink and blue, allow two differently coloured batches. It is used under adult supervision, and mixing is a creative process that develops imagination and manual skills.

Each batch uses 200 ml of glue and 100 ml of activator, so the quantities work out for both bags.
The instructions on the packaging take three steps. Pour 200 ml of glue into the tin, add one 25 g bag of fluffy sand in your chosen colour and stir it thoroughly with the wooden spatula. Then add 100 ml of activator, measured with the measuring cup, and mix again until the slime comes away from the container.
Finally knead the mass with your hands until it reaches the consistency you want. If needed, add a small amount of activator. You decide how soft or how firm the finished slime turns out.
This is an activity for children of school age who like to experiment and work with their hands. It is not suitable for toddlers, because the liquid and the sand can be swallowed.
As a present the box works for a birthday, for Christmas or for a children's party, and it is an idea for a rainy day or the holidays.
Cover the table with a wipeable mat and choose clothes that do not matter, because the slime can leave stains. Keep the mass away from the eyes and out of mouths, as the kit is not meant to be eaten.
Measure the glue and the activator with the measuring cup so the proportions are right from the start. Top up the activator in small amounts and keep kneading in between. Keep the packaging too, as it carries important information.
