- Temperature: Place at around 20 °C. Bright but without direct sunlight.
- Germination: Takes 4–8 weeks after stratification. Keep evenly moist.
- First shoot: The unmistakable fan-shaped leaves emerge — one of the most beautiful leaf forms in the entire plant kingdom.
