Each card states a difficulty level, so you can sort the pile by level. The manufacturer images show the cards for Bleib (stay) and Winken (wave), for example.

Winken shows nicely how the cards are meant to work. The trick assumes your dog already knows paw and high five. That way you can lay out a sequence from the 100 cards that matches where the two of you stand, rather than practising at random.
