Dog Print Plasters

The tin holds 30 plasters split across three formats, 10 of each. That way you have a suitable shape to hand for different minor injuries, from a small scratch to a slightly longer graze.

At roughly 10 by 7 centimetres, the tin is smaller than a postcard and only about 2 cm deep, so it slips easily into a drawer or a bag.

The tin is made of metal, and the plasters of foam, polyethylene and adhesive. According to the manufacturer, the plasters are latex-free. They are manufactured in a certified sterile environment and have been tested for biocompatibility, dermatological safety, pyrogenicity and toxicity. The tin was designed in the UK and is made in China.

Like all plasters, these have an expiry date, which is printed on the tin. Unless clearly stated otherwise, you receive the tin with at least one year left before that date. Once it has passed, the plasters should no longer be used.

Apply the plaster to clean, dry skin. Each plaster is for single use only and should be changed daily. If a wound does not heal, seek medical advice. The plasters are meant for minor cuts and scrapes and are no substitute for medical treatment.

Check the expiry date on the tin when you unpack it. If you are giving the plasters as a present, you can then tell the recipient how long they can be used. Keep the tin where small mishaps tend to happen, such as a kitchen drawer or the bag you take on dog walks.

The tin works as a gift even without wrapping, because the dog design is visible on the outside. For a bigger present, pair it with other small dog-themed items. In an advent calendar, its depth of just 2.1 cm means it takes up little room.
