How does the Slush Puppie machine work?
Fill in water and Slush Puppie syrup, press start — the machine cools down on its own and mixes your slushie in 10-15 minutes. No ice from the freezer needed. Noise is moderate, you can set the table on the side.
Which machine — private use or commercial?
Private / kids party (5-15 children): The standard Slush Puppie machine is enough. It uses passive cooling — you fill in ice and syrup, the machine mixes and keeps the slushie consistency. Perfect for 2-3 slushie rounds at a normal kids party.
Commercial use or larger parties (20+ guests, catering, cafés, events): The SLUSH PUPPiE Pro slush machine is the right choice. It has active cooling with a built-in compressor — freezes water and syrup directly, no need to prepare ice. Several litres per hour, continuous operation, professional output. The investment pays off with regular use.

Which syrup flavours are available?
Original Slush Puppie syrups in the classic flavours: Blue Raspberry, Cherry (red), Apple (green), Strawberry (pink). Kids especially love the vivid blue and red versions — the iconic Slush Puppie taste. No artificial preservatives.
How many slushies per syrup bottle?
One syrup bottle yields about 40-50 slushies (200 ml each). For a kids party with 12 children, a 4-pack syrup set covers several rounds and flavour variety.
When should I order?
Order by 5pm Mon-Fri → next-working-day delivery across Switzerland. For relaxed preparation, order 2-3 days before the party. Saturday delivery available in checkout (surcharge).
What does shipping cost?
CHF 6.95 per parcel, free above CHF 70. Delivered by Swiss Post (PostPac Priority). No pickup in Kriens — everything comes to your door.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, PostFinance Pay, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and invoice with QR payment slip (30 days payment terms).
How do I clean the machine after the party?
Drain syrup, rinse with lukewarm water, clean removable parts with dish soap (NO dishwasher!) and let dry well. Residual sugar likes to stick — a sponge and 5 minutes of effort are enough.
Tips for the perfect Slush Puppie kids party?
Plan 2-3 slushie rounds (one glass per child is rarely enough). Provide napkins or bibs — red syrups stain! A cotton candy machine as a second attraction is always a hit. Between sweet drinks, offer water or diluted juice — otherwise the kids will go hyper.
What if something doesn't fit?
30 days return policy. Return slip: enjoymedia.ch/media/retour.pdf — send back to Kriens, return shipping at customer's expense. For defective devices we cover the return shipping of course.
