The BubblePlush Yoga Ball Buddy by hand2mind is exercise ball, cuddly toy and yoga teacher in one: an inflatable ball around 38 cm in diameter sits inside a soft plush cover shaped like Tully the Peaceful Penguin. With the 12 yoga pose cards, children from age 3 stretch, balance and bend together with their buddy — as a sitting ball while playing, as a movement break in between or as a calm ritual before bed. The cover slips off and goes in the washing machine; the cards live in the built-in pocket.
- 1 inflatable yoga ball (approx. 38 cm / 15 in)
- 1 plush cover "Tully the Peaceful Penguin" with card pocket, machine washable
- 12 yoga pose cards with child-friendly exercises
- 1 character card, 1 hand pump, 1 getting-started guide
Balance, core stability and coordination while sitting and balancing; flexibility and breathing with the yoga poses; and — just as important — self-regulation: a few minutes with the buddy are a proven way to wind down after nursery, before homework or in the classroom's calm corner. The friendly penguin lowers the barrier: yoga suddenly means playing with a cuddly toy.
Children from age 3 at home, in nursery, preschool and primary school (calm corner, movement breaks), in occupational and physiotherapy, and as active seating at the children's table. A gift that combines movement and cuddles.
How big is the ball? Around 38 cm in diameter — the right size for children from 3 to about 8 years.
Is the pump included? Yes, a hand pump is included; the ball is inflated in a few minutes.
Can the cover be washed? Yes — slip it off and machine wash; the ball itself is wiped with a damp cloth.
- Card ritual: draw one card every evening — three poses, then off to bed.
- Active sitting: sit on the buddy instead of a chair while drawing or doing puzzles.
- Calm corner: buddy plus sensory bottles — the perfect little time-out station.
Age: 3+. Brand: hand2mind.
