Tubi Jelly Sweets Gel Craft Set with 6 Colours
This product will be released on 3 November 2026
The Tubi Jelly gel craft set with a sweets theme turns coloured gel liquid into soft 3D figures. You fill in a printed pattern on a sheet of film with gel, dip the film into a bowl of activator solution and lift out a finished figure a few minutes later. Every pattern in the booklet is based on sweets.
To make gel figures, all you need on top of the set is tap water. The set holds six colours, 150 ml in total, plus a booklet of patterns, activator powder and a bowl. The colours can be layered on top of each other. The set is made in Poland.
Everything you need is in the box apart from the water. The gel liquid comes in tubes and is squeezed onto the film where you want it; it is made without toxic substances.
- Gel liquid in 6 colours, 150 ml in total, in tubes
- 1 booklet of patterns on a sweets theme
- 3 sachets of activator powder, 5 g each
- 1 bowl for making the figures
- Packaging 31 x 20.5 x 5.5 cm, weight 1.3 kg
- Made in Poland
Start by pouring 400 ml of tap water, about one and a half glasses, into the bowl and dissolving the activator powder in it completely. Then place the film with the pattern on a hard surface and colour in the shapes with the gel. A blank sheet of film is included too, for your own motifs.
Now dip the film into the solution. After about 30 seconds, move the template gently until the figure comes away from it. Leave the free-floating figure in the solution for at least 5 minutes before you take it out. Leaving it in the activator for longer, even a few hours, makes it more hard-wearing.
The set is made for children of school age who like making things and for anyone fond of sweets motifs. Crafting is done under adult supervision, and the set is not for toddlers, as the liquid and the activator can be swallowed.
As a present it works for a birthday, Christmas or the holidays. At a children's party it becomes a craft activity around the table, and on a rainy day it carries several rounds: the activator can be used again after the first session.
The gel can leave stains, so cover your work surface and wear clothes that a mark will not spoil. Spread the gel on a hard surface and avoid contact with the eyes.
Store finished figures in water, otherwise they dry out; a jam jar with water is enough. For sturdier figures, leave them in the activator for longer. And although everything looks like sweets, nothing here is meant for eating.
What is included in the set? Gel liquid in 6 colours, 150 ml in total, in tubes, 1 booklet of patterns on a sweets theme, 3 sachets of activator powder of 5 g each and 1 bowl.
How do I prepare the activator solution? Pour 400 ml of tap water, about one and a half glasses, into the bowl and dissolve the powder in it completely.
How long does one figure take? After about 30 seconds in the solution the figure comes away from the template, then it stays free-floating in the solution for at least 5 minutes.
How do I store the finished figures? In water, otherwise they dry out. Leaving them in the activator for longer makes them more hard-wearing.
Can the figures be eaten? No. They show sweets, but they are not suitable for eating.
