Practical tips

• Think backwards. On hard puzzles it helps to work from the goal: which block has to move last so the big one can get out?
• Accept detours. Play only moves that bring the big block closer to the exit and you will get stuck, guaranteed. Almost every puzzle demands at least one move in the wrong direction.
• Breaks work. With a stuck puzzle, putting it down beats pushing on — after five minutes the blockage is usually obvious.
• Order batteries with it. Two AA cells are not included in the box.
