With the Super Block Puzzle, a pattern lights up on the board — and your job is to fill exactly those squares with the coloured blocks. The display along the edge shows which shapes belong to the current task. The first levels solve themselves. After that, laying out the blocks becomes a genuine thinking exercise: the shapes fit together in one combination only, and placing a block too early blocks you out of the solution.
Over 1000 levels that really do get harder
The device holds more than 1000 tasks, sorted by difficulty. The first ones take half a minute and exist to teach the principle. Later, patterns appear where you have to think two or three blocks ahead, because one wrongly placed edge leaves a single empty square at the end. That moment — everything placed, one square still open — is what makes the game work.
The learning mode shows the way
When a level simply refuses to work out, the learning mode demonstrates the solution. That takes the frustration out of the hard tasks and makes the game usable for children in particular: instead of giving up, they pick up the trick and tackle the next level on their own again.
16 shapes, one board, no screen
You play with 16 different block shapes that slot onto the grid. The device recognises every block placed and reports back whether the pattern is correct. There is no app, no account and no advertising — the display is there for feedback, the board is what you look at.
Built for travelling
The board is flat and fits into any larger bag. All blocks sit on the playing field, so there are no loose cards and no dice rolling under the seat on the train. That makes it one of very few thinking games that survive a train journey, an airport wait or a restaurant visit intact.
What it trains
Rotating shapes, judging areas, thinking ahead: the Super Block Puzzle practises spatial imagination and early geometry without ever feeling like practice. Expert juries have recognised it repeatedly — among others with the Brain Toy Award, the Family Choice Award and a Game of the Year award.

Tips from experience
- Start with the large shapes. The bulky blocks have the fewest possible positions — placing them first leaves you with more freedom, not less.
- Fill the corners first. Edge squares become almost unreachable later, while the middle stays accessible.
- Skip a level when it gets frustrating. The tasks do not build on each other; after two easier rounds the solution often becomes obvious.
- Order batteries as well. Two AA cells are not part of the delivery.
- As a travel gift. Given before a long train or car journey, the game shows its real value — no signal needed, no battery running flat.
Frequently asked questions
Is the game too easy for adults?
The first levels are, the later ones are not. From the upper half of the 1000-plus tasks onwards it takes real trial and correction.
Can a six-year-old play it alone?
In the lower levels, yes. The device itself reports whether a block is placed correctly, so nobody needs to check.
Do the blocks get lost?
They stay fixed on the board, even when it is carried in a bag.
Is an app required?
No. The game runs entirely on the device, without an account and without a connection.
What is included?
The board, the complete set of blocks and the instructions. Batteries are not included.
GiiKER designs thinking games that sit between classic puzzle toys and electronics. Instead of apps and displays, the brand builds devices you hold in your hand: sliding puzzles, Sudoku boards and code-breaking games that detect every move automatically and tell you straight away whether it was right.
That is precisely where the appeal lies — the games do not correct you, they give clues, and your head does the rest. Every model runs on ordinary batteries, works without an account and without advertising, and is built so that no loose pieces get lost. That makes them dependable companions for train journeys, holidays and long waits.
Expert juries have confirmed this repeatedly: GiiKER games have won the Red Dot Award among several international toy prizes.
