The squishy cube with glitter beads is a small squeeze toy for hands that need something to do. It measures 6 cm in width and height, is made of a soft, see-through material and is filled with colourful glitter beads. Press it and the beads shift visibly inside; let go and the cube returns to its original shape.
As a fidget toy for children and adults with restless hands, this anti-stress cube needs no power, no accessories and no instructions. It is made for a break at the desk, for travelling and for quiet minutes in between. With four colour versions, one cube soon turns into a small collection, and because every cube is packed on its own, it works just as well as a party bag filler at a children's birthday.
The appeal comes from the combination of a soft shell and a filling that moves. The see-through material lets you watch the glitter beads rearrange themselves with every squeeze. The cube itself keeps its shape and springs back on its own instead of staying dented. Squeezing and watching is the whole activity, and nothing more is needed.
- Soft, see-through material with colourful glitter beads inside
- Measures 6 cm in width and height
- Can be squeezed and returns to its cube shape afterwards
- Four colour versions: purple, yellow, orange and blue
- Supplied assorted, the colour cannot be chosen
- Packed singly in a folding box with a viewing window
At 6 cm along each edge, the cube sits in a child's hand and can be gripped and squeezed one-handed. There is nothing to operate: pick it up, squeeze, let go, put it down. Nothing needs setting or plugging in, so the cube works at a desk just as well as on the move. Adult supervision during play is advised. The cube is tested to UK and EU safety standards.
The squishy cube comes in four colour versions: purple, yellow, orange and blue. Delivery is assorted, so the colour cannot be selected. Collectors therefore bring the four colours together one at a time. Each cube arrives on its own in a folding box with a viewing window, printed with Play Hub Squishy Cube. The window shows the colour before you open anything, so the cube can be handed over as a gift without extra wrapping.
Put the cube where hands usually get restless: beside the keyboard, or in the bag for a train trip. For a children's birthday you can order several at once and drop the folding boxes straight into the party bags, so each one is already packaged. The individually boxed cube is also an idea for filling an advent calendar. If you are collecting, it helps to note which of the four colours you already have, since the colour cannot be picked. As a small token the cube needs no wrapping paper, because the window already shows the colour. When children are playing with it, stay nearby, as the manufacturer advises.
What is inside the squishy cube? A soft, see-through shell filled with colourful glitter beads. When you squeeze it, the beads shift visibly.
How big is the cube? It measures 6 cm in width and height, which means it sits comfortably in a child's hand.
Can I choose the colour? No. There are purple, yellow, orange and blue versions, delivery is assorted and the colour cannot be selected.
Does the cube keep its shape after squeezing? Yes, it can be pressed together and then returns to its cube shape by itself.
Does it work as a small gift? Yes, each cube comes singly in a folding box with a window, so it suits a children's birthday or an advent calendar.
