This notepad called Meine kleinen Glücksmomente is a square tear-off pad measuring 10 x 10 cm with 50 pages. Every page carries the handwritten German heading «Meine kleinen Glücksmomente» at the top, next to a little sun and a blue bird. Below it sit five numbered lines waiting to be filled in.
The idea behind it is wonderfully simple: put the good moments of the day down on paper and pause each evening with positive thoughts. A few lines turn into a small routine for a little more mindfulness at the close of the day. And because the pad is small and light, it fits on a bedside table, in a rucksack or into a gift bag.
The layout stays the same on all 50 pages, so you never have to work out how to begin. The heading in handwritten lettering sits at the top, and underneath run five numbered lines, one for each moment that stayed with you. That might be the first coffee of the morning, a chat on the stairs, a detour on the way home or the sun on your balcony.
Along the bottom edge there are five small illustrations: a flower, a hedgehog, a coffee cup with a heart, a bicycle and a rainbow. The motifs are painted by hand in watercolour. Five lines is deliberately modest: you note single moments in a few words, with no need to write long entries.
At 10 x 10 cm the pad is square and easy to handle, and at 70 g it adds no real weight to a bag. It is printed on 80 g natural paper in Germany. Finished pages simply tear off and the next one is already waiting.
