The Yummies Together set pairs two mini plush figures that belong together in Japanese cooking: an uramaki and a soy sauce packet, each around 15 centimetres tall. Both are designed in kawaii style, softly padded and finished with embroidered faces. A duo for sushi fans, for collectors of little food figures and for anyone who enjoys food design.
The pair arrives in a reusable plush take-away bag with a window, just like the one from the sushi delivery service. The bag measures around 21 × 21 centimetres and is packaging and storage in one: figures in, bag closed, present done. The set is made in China.
The uramaki is a round roll with white rice on the outside, orange salmon on top and a green core. Next to it comes the soy sauce packet as the second figure. Together the two form a little scene you can arrange on a shelf, a desk or a windowsill. On its own the uramaki is a nice plush toy, but with the sauce beside it the idea is complete.
Both figures are compact and soft, so they work as hand-huggers just as well as decoration. Eyes and smile are embroidered rather than printed. And because it is a pair, the set also works as a present for two people: one figure each, and they still belong together.
The beige plush bag is made of the same soft material as the figures, carries the Yummies Together logo at the top and has a window through which the two peek out. It is reusable: if you do not need it as packaging, use it as small storage for hair ties, pens or the next Yummies.

The set suits sushi fans who appreciate a wink, collectors of food plush, and anyone looking for a small gift when invited to a sushi evening. It is intended for all ages. Because both figures are small, they find room almost anywhere: on the dining table next to the chopsticks, in the office as a mascot for sushi Friday or in the children's room as goods for the play shop.
As a gift it needs no extra wrapping, the plush bag takes care of that. And since there are two figures, the set can be shared: one for you, one for someone who likes sushi just as much.
Dab stains with a damp cloth and a little mild detergent. If a figure needs a more thorough clean, wash it in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle and let it air dry afterwards. Keep it out of the tumble dryer so that the embroidered faces and the shape are preserved.
Store the bag flat and the window stays free of creases. And if you roll your own sushi, stand the duo next to the chopping board as a reminder about the soy sauce.
How big are the figures? Each figure is around 15 centimetres tall, and the take-away bag measures about 21 × 21 centimetres.
What is included in the set? One mini uramaki plush, one mini Soya plush and the reusable plush take-away bag.
Are the faces printed? No, the eyes and mouth are embroidered.
Can the bag be reused? Yes, it is reusable and works as small storage, for example for hair ties or pens.
Are there other Together sets? Yes, for example burger and fries, pizza and cola, pretzel and beer, popcorn and drink as well as nachos and sauce.
