Behind the 24 doors of this tea advent calendar sits one 2 g tea bag per day, 48 g of tea and infusion in total. The selection mixes green teas, black teas, rooibos and herbal infusions. The calendar comes from the French tea brand Tea Heritage and is a limited edition in the Mon Petit Chalet design. It suits anyone who likes tea and wants a quiet moment in the morning or the evening, which also makes it an advent calendar for tea lovers.
The outside shows an illustrated winter scene: a green Tea Heritage tea shop with lit arched windows and snow-covered chalets beside it. Inside there is a warmly lit parlour with the numbered doors worked into the picture. The calendar measures 47.5 x 21.5 x 7 cm and weighs 501 g including the packaging.
The back of the box lists the contents as Sélection de Thés et Infusions (24 x 2g). The 24 bags cover 21 blends, so some of them appear more than once.
- 24 doors, each with one 2 g tea bag
- Total net weight 48 g

- 21 different blends across 24 bags
- Measures 47.5 x 21.5 x 7 cm, 501 g including packaging

The list names Tisane Nuit Enchantée, Rooibos Cinnamon Roll, Thé Noir Caramel Beurre Salé, Rooibos Crème de Pistache, Thé Noir Panettone, Thé Vert Sakura, Thé Noir Earl Grey, Thé Noir Pumpkin Chaï, Rooibos Trésors Siciliens, Thé Noir English Breakfast, Thé Noir Dubaï Chocolate, Thé Bio Ananas Passion, Thé Noir Pomme Gourmande, Thé Vert Fleur d'Oranger-Amande, Thé Vert Jasmin, Thé Noir Marmelade, Rooibos des Reines, Tisane Verveine Citron, Rooibos Orange Sanguine, Tisane Adaptogène and Thé Noir de Noël.
The ingredients are printed on the back as well. Thé Noir Earl Grey is Assam black tea with bergamot extract, Thé Vert Jasmin is Chinese green tea with jasmine flowers. Tisane Verveine Citron brings together verbena, lemon peel, ginger, turmeric and elderberry, while Rooibos Cinnamon Roll adds apple, cinnamon, ginger, blackberry leaves, rosehip, a cinnamon stick, whole star anise, roasted buckwheat and a little sugar gingerbread man to the rooibos.
The bags are not all cut the same way. They show a mushroom, a moon, a rabbit and a teddy bear among others, some with illustrated tags on the string. They are made by hand in France.
Keep the calendar protected from light and moisture, so not next to the cooker or on a sunny windowsill. If you are giving it away, take a look at the allergen information first: individual blends contain almond, coconut, milk, butter, yoghurt, hazelnut and pistachio, and traces of gluten, soy and other nuts are possible. For a larger gift, Tea Heritage also offers a Christmas box with 10 winter teas illustrated by Sonia Innocenti.
How many tea bags does the calendar contain? Twenty-four, each of 2 g, adding up to 48 g of tea and infusion.
Which kinds of tea are included? Green teas, black teas, rooibos and herbal infusions, 21 blends across 24 bags.
How big is the calendar? It measures 47.5 x 21.5 x 7 cm and weighs 501 g including the packaging.

Tea Heritage is a French tea brand based in Vaulx-en-Velin near Lyon. It is known for tea bags in playful shapes – animals, Christmas trees or mushrooms – hand-sewn in France, and for lovingly illustrated packaging, some of it designed by artists such as Sonia Innocenti. The range covers black and green teas, rooibos and herbal infusions, and makes a charming gift for tea lovers.
