The Winter House organic tea gift set brings together 28 organic pyramid tea bags in 10 seasonal blends, in a box with a richly illustrated house design. Small windows in the packaging show the individual teas behind them. The result is a gift that already looks like winter before anything is unwrapped, so it needs no extra paper.
Inside you will find herbal teas, fruit teas, spiced teas and black teas. The range of flavours runs from light and fruity to strong and spicy, which covers both a quiet evening and the start of a cold morning. Every blend is included at least twice, so a favourite does not disappear after the first cup. All ingredients come from certified organic cultivation and the teas originate in Sri Lanka.
The box is the first thing you notice: an illustrated winter house with small windows through which the individual teas are visible. Behind them wait 28 pyramid bags, spread across 10 seasonal blends from four tea families.
- 10 seasonal blends in 28 pyramid bags
- Herbal teas, fruit teas, spiced teas and black teas
- Every blend included at least twice
- All ingredients from certified organic cultivation
- Origin Sri Lanka
- Illustrated box with a house design and small windows
Ten blends in one box means you do not have to choose. The light and fruity side comes from the fruit and herbal teas, the strong and spicy side from the spiced and black teas. Anyone who usually buys the same packet again and again gets to work through a whole winter range instead.
Because each blend appears more than once, there is time to find out what really works for you. And when someone drops in, the span from light to spicy gives you enough choice to suit different tastes at the same table.
This is a gift for tea lovers, for people who care about organic ingredients, and for anyone who does not want to arrive empty-handed. It fits Christmas, the run-up to the holidays, Saint Nicholas Day and any evening you have been invited to dinner.
It also works well in an office or a shared flat, because everyone finds something: some stay with fruit tea, others reach for the stronger black tea. The Winter House is not an advent calendar, though, as the teas are not divided into 24 daily doors.
Hand the box over unopened, since the illustrated house design with its windows takes the place of wrapping. On a laid table or next to the coffee machine it works as decoration just as well as it does as a supply.
If you want to build something bigger, combine the set with a good mug, a teapot or some biscuits. For several small gestures, you can also pass on individual bags in twos or threes, so one set covers more than one person.
