Tactile Cubes from Andreu Toys is a classic Montessori sensory game: a beechwood board with 10 recesses holds 10 coloured cups with different textures — soft, rough, scratchy, smooth, velvety. The task: feel the textures and match them correctly.
The cups differ not only in colour but above all in surface texture. In free play or blindfolded, children from age 2 learn to recognise and name fine texture differences — the perfect introduction to Montessori sensory education.
