Snow-white clouds on a stick: with this ready-made sugar mix you can spin classic white candy floss at home, just like at the funfair – without any pink or blue colouring. The flavoured sugar is specially formulated for candy floss machines, melts evenly and spins into fine, silky threads. The taste is the all-time classic: unmistakable candy floss flavour, sweet and a little nostalgic.
The resealable pouch contains 400 g of ready-mixed sugar – enough for around 20 fluffy portions, depending on your machine and portion size. Perfect for children's birthday parties, family gatherings, vintage-style weddings, corporate events or simply a cosy movie night. And because white candy floss is so beautifully neutral, it also makes a stunning decoration for cakes, cupcakes and dessert buffets: just add a small tuft of candy floss right before serving.
How it works: preheat your candy floss machine, add one to two tablespoons of the sugar mix into the spinning head, wait a moment until the first threads appear, then wind the floss around a wooden stick with a circular motion. Your first portion is ready in seconds – and the next round can start straight away. The mix is suitable for all standard household candy floss machines, including the cotton candy machine from our shop.

- Always preheat the machine fully – fine, even threads only form once the spinning head is really hot.
- Top up small amounts rather than overloading the spinning head. One to two tablespoons per portion is ideal.
- Enjoy candy floss fresh: on humid days it quickly absorbs moisture and collapses.
- For cake or cupcake decoration, add the candy floss just before serving.
- White candy floss combines beautifully with edible glitter, sprinkles or coloured candy floss sugars for two-tone creations.
- Let the machine cool down after use and clean the spinning head with warm water.
