The Scrunchems Furry Sugar Squish Ball is a fluffy stress ball with a squishy core: long rainbow faux fur on the outside, a soft slow-rise squishy from the Scrunchems Sugar range on the inside. Squeeze it and it gives way, holds its shape for a moment and then slowly returns to a round ball. At seven centimetres across it fills the hand nicely – big enough to knead with the whole fist, small enough for a jacket pocket.
The fur is long, dense and dyed in rainbow stripes: yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue and green run around the ball. Stroke it and it feels like a plush toy. Underneath sits the actual squishy – like the Scrunchems sugar cube, a filling that feels grainy and soft when pressed and gives way only slowly. That combination is the whole point: first stroking the fur, then the slow squeeze, then watching the ball rise back up.
Stress balls work through the hands: anyone who is nervous, needs to concentrate or simply wants something to fiddle with reaches for one automatically. The Furry Sugar Squish Ball can be squeezed with one hand, kneaded with both or rolled from hand to hand. Because it returns to shape slowly, every movement has a visible effect – far more calming than a hard rubber ball that springs straight back. And because the fur slides through the fingers, the ball doubles as a little pet for the desk. On the desk, in the car, in the school bag: the ball goes wherever hands are looking for something to do.
For children from three years who love soft, fluffy things and like to hold something while they play. For teenagers and adults as a fidget toy on the desk or in the office. For anyone collecting Scrunchems – the Furry Sugar Squish Ball belongs to the Sugar series alongside the XL Stress Sugar Cube. And as a gift: the ball comes in a black folding box with a window through which the rainbow fur shows from the outside. That makes it a small present, an advent calendar filler or a surprise for the Christmas stocking.
Over time the fur attracts dust and fluff. Wash the ball gently in warm soapy water. Let it air-dry afterwards – ideally not on a radiator. Do not pierce it with sharp objects; the squishy core is soft and should stay that way. In between, keep it in its box or a drawer and the fur stays fluffy for longer.
- Keep it next to the keyboard while studying or working – your hand will find it on its own
- Squeeze it with the whole fist and watch how slowly it rises back up
- As a Secret Santa gift or small present it needs no extra wrapping thanks to the box
- Combine several Scrunchems: fur ball, sugar cube and dumpling all feel different

What does "Sugar" in the name mean? It is the name of the Scrunchems series with the grainy, soft filling – it describes the feel when squeezed, not the contents.
How quickly does the ball return to shape? Slowly – it is a slow-rise squishy. After letting go it rises back up within a few seconds.
What age is it for? From 3 years. The ball contains small parts and does not belong in the hands of toddlers.
Does the ball always come in the rainbow design? Yes, the rainbow fur shown in the pictures is the design of this item.
Can the ball be washed? Yes, gently by hand in warm soapy water – not in the washing machine.
