Restaurant-quality poached eggs — without the dreaded swirl technique. The Cuisipro Egg Poacher makes it effortless: crack an egg into the silicone cup, hook it onto the rim of your pot, lower it into gently simmering water — done. The perforated holes let water circulate gently around the egg for an evenly tender result.
The clever design combines food-grade silicone with stainless steel, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. The curved stainless steel wire hooks securely onto the pot rim — keeping the poacher stable in the water hands-free. The set includes two poachers in different colours so you can poach two eggs simultaneously.
- Use fresh eggs — the whites stay compact and don’t spread
- Keep water at a gentle simmer — a rolling boil makes eggs rubbery
- Lightly oil the poacher for even easier release
- 3–4 minutes for runny yolk, 5–6 minutes for firm
- Don’t stir — the poacher holds the egg in place
- Eggs Benedict — on English muffin with ham and hollandaise
- Avocado toast — the breakfast classic
- On salad — poached egg on spinach or rocket with warm dressing
- Ramen — as a topping for Japanese noodle soup
Features:
- Set of 2 egg poachers (yellow + white)
- Material: Food-grade silicone & stainless steel
- Heat resistant to 300°C
- Hook for secure hold on pot rim
- Perforated holes for gentle water circulation
- Dishwasher safe (top rack)
- Size: 10 × 14 × 7 cm
