For poached eggs with a runny yolk, we recommend the following cooking times: Medium Eggs – between 3:00 and 3:30 minutes; Large Eggs – between 3:15 and 3:45 minutes; XL Eggs – between 3:30 and 4:00 minutes; Jumbo Eggs – between 4:00 and 4:30 minutes.
