These plasters with a bee design bring a little of the garden into your first-aid kit: 30 plasters in three sizes, stored in a printed metal tin with a lid. Garden bees among flowers decorate the tin and every single plaster, so even a small scrape gets a cheerful picture.
The set is made for garden and nature lovers and for anyone looking for a pretty first-aid detail to keep in a handbag or the bathroom cabinet. For minor cuts and scrapes you have something to hand that does not look clinical. As a small take-along present, an advent calendar filler or an extra with a birthday gift, the tin is a thoughtful little item that actually gets used.
The tin holds 30 plasters split across three formats: square plasters and two lengths of narrow strips. There are ten of each. The bee design is printed on all of them, so you never have to choose between the pretty one and the one that fits.
- 30 plasters showing garden bees among flowers
- 10 plasters 3.8 × 3.8 cm
- 10 plasters 7.2 × 1.9 cm
- 10 plasters 5.6 × 1.9 cm
- Latex free
- Printed metal tin with lid
- Tin: 10.3 × 7.3 × 2.1 cm
The tin is made of metal, the plasters of foam, adhesive and polyethylene. The plasters are latex free. According to the manufacturer, they are produced in a certified sterile environment and have been tested for biocompatibility, dermatological safety, pyrogenicity and toxicity. The design comes from the UK, and the plasters are made in China.
Inside the lidded metal tin the plasters stay neat and hygienically stored rather than rattling around loose in a bag. At 10.3 × 7.3 × 2.1 cm the tin is flat and compact, so it slips into a handbag as easily as it sits on a shelf in the medicine cabinet.
Apply the plaster to clean, dry skin. Each plaster is for single use only and should be changed daily. If a wound does not heal, seek medical advice.
The plasters have an expiry date, which is printed on the tin. Do not use them after that date. The tin is supplied with at least one year left before expiry, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Keep the tin where small mishaps tend to happen: in your handbag, in the garden shed next to the gloves or alongside everything else in the first-aid kit. Glance at the expiry date on the tin now and then, so you are never left holding out-of-date plasters when you need one.
As a small present for someone with green fingers, the tin pairs nicely with a packet of seeds or a card. In an advent calendar it makes a window that stays useful well beyond the festive season, and for a birthday it rounds off a larger gift with a garden theme.
How many plasters are in the tin? The tin contains 30 plasters: ten each measuring 3.8 × 3.8 cm, 7.2 × 1.9 cm and 5.6 × 1.9 cm.
Are the plasters latex free? Yes, the plasters are latex free. They are made of foam, adhesive and polyethylene.
How big is the tin? The metal tin measures 10.3 × 7.3 × 2.1 cm, which makes it flat enough for a handbag or a first-aid kit.
How long do the plasters last? The expiry date is printed on the tin. The plasters are supplied with at least one year left before expiry, unless clearly stated otherwise.
How do I use the plasters correctly? Apply them to clean, dry skin, use each plaster only once and change it daily. If a wound does not heal, seek medical advice.
