The super-soft cover is made from 100% polyester plush in a warm brown shade, complete with sweet dachshund ears and an endearing little face. A handy hanging loop makes storage easy. The cover is removable via zip and can be hand-washed at 30°C, keeping your dachshund friend fresh and fluffy.
Inside sits a durable 1-litre natural rubber hot water bottle that meets the British safety standard BS 1970:2012. It retains heat reliably, keeping you warm for up to 6 hours depending on conditions. You can also use it as a cold compress – simply fill with cold water and place in the fridge for relief from aches or hot summer days.
- Never use boiling water – let it cool for at least 5 minutes after boiling (ideal: approx. 60–65°C).
- Fill to a maximum of two thirds capacity.
- Hold the bottle upright by the neck and fill slowly.
- Gently squeeze out the air before closing the stopper.
- Do not use water from the hot tap – this shortens the bottle's lifespan.
