Inside sits a durable 1-litre natural rubber hot water bottle that meets the British safety standard BS 1970:2012. - Never use boiling water – let it cool for at least 5 minutes after boiling (ideal: approx. 60–65°C).
- Fill to a maximum of two thirds capacity.

- Do not use water from the hot tap – this shortens the bottle's lifespan.
