With the Aloe Vera Planting Kit, you grow your own medicinal plant from the very start. Aloe Vera is one of the world's best-known plants — valued for centuries for its soothing and moisturising properties. With this set from Radis et Capucine, you experience the entire growth process up close.
The set contains everything for growing: a lovely ceramic pot, four peat pots for pre-germination, four coconut coir tablets and a packet of aloe vera seeds. Activate the coir tablets with water, sow the seeds, and with some patience a robust succulent develops step by step — later always within reach.
Aloe Vera stores water in its leaves and therefore copes well with dry indoor air. Perfect for a windowsill, kitchen or living room. A great gift for plant lovers, nature fans and anyone who enjoys growing their own.
What's included:
- 1 ceramic pot (8 cm diameter)
- 4 peat pots for pre-germination
- 4 coconut coir tablets
- Aloe Vera seeds
- Instructions
- Size: 11 × 11 × 18 cm
Aloe Vera seeds require patience: germination typically takes 2–4 weeks at constant warmth (20–25 °C). Keep the soil evenly moist but not wet.
Yes, once the plant is mature (after about 1–2 years), you can cut the leaves and use the gel for skincare. It doesn't get fresher than that!
Aloe Vera is a succulent and needs little water. Only water when the soil is completely dry — about every 2 weeks in summer, even less in winter. Overwatering is the most common mistake.
Yes, Aloe Vera loves bright spots. A window with indirect sunlight is ideal. Direct midday sun in summer can scorch the leaves.
Absolutely! The beautiful packaging from Radis et Capucine makes this set a perfect gift for plant lovers, wellness fans and anyone who enjoys growing something themselves.
