Brewing Guide

Each tea box includes individual brewing instructions. As a general guide:

• Black tea: 90–95 °C, 2–4 minutes
• Herbal tea: 100 °C, 5–8 minutes
• Fruit tea: 100 °C, 8–12 minutes
• Rooibos: 100 °C, 5–8 minutes (won't turn bitter!)

Use approximately 3–4 g (1 teaspoon) per cup.
