That is a deliberate design: behind every compartment lies a whole pair of socks rather than a piece of chocolate. Start on 1 December and you finish on the 12th. The long pairs are the bolder ones: Darth Vader's helmet stretches across the whole foot, R2-D2 stands on bright blue among comic-book sounds, and one pair gathers several helmets into a scattered pattern. Add the classic logo and the Imperial emblem, both on black and therefore discreet enough for the office.
