With this stainless steel Smoking Box, you can give your barbecued food an unmistakable smoky flavour.
Fill this smoker box with pre-soaked wood chips and place it under the grate of your barbecue. The lid has eight holes. When it gets hot, the chips start to smoke. The smoke rises up through the holes in the lid and adds a variety of delicious flavours to your steaks, fish fillets or chicken legs. To help the smoke escape, make sure the lid of your barbecue is tightly closed to prevent it from escaping.
All you need is a handful of soaked wood chips. You can soak them in hot water, beer, whiskey, wine, lemon juice and much more - what you choose depends on the flavour you want to achieve. This BBQ smoker box can be used with traditional charcoal grills as well as gas grills.
