With this Organic Whisky Kit, you can make your own whisky from malt spirit at home.
Starting with 500 ml of organic malt spirit, you can either make 500 ml of authentic whisky by maturing the organic malt spirit in an oak barrel for three years (barrel not included) or flavour your organic malt spirit with vanilla or smoked oak shavings to make 2x 250 ml of whisky spirit in 3 to 6 weeks.

How does the whisky making work? You start with 500 ml of organic malt spirit and either mature it in an oak barrel for three years or flavour it with oak chips.
How long until the whisky is ready? With the oak chips you get whisky spirit in 3 to 6 weeks. Authentic whisky matured in an oak barrel takes three years.
Is an oak barrel included? No, the barrel is not included.
How much whisky do I end up with? Either 500 ml of authentic whisky from the oak barrel or 2x 250 ml of whisky spirit using the oak chips.
