What exactly does the Shroom Broom do? It combines a brush and a corer, so you clean your mushrooms and remove the stem with one and the same tool.
What is the brush for? You use it to gently sweep dirt, pine needles and leaves off your mushrooms.
How do I remove the stem? The scoop on the other end lifts the stem and gills out of the cap carefully.
