This birthday card shows Snorkmaiden from the Moomins and comes as a folded card in portrait format, measuring 12 x 17 cm when closed. It is printed with licensed original Moomin artwork: on the front, Snorkmaiden sits among flowers with a flower wreath in her hair against a turquoise background. Above her, the English greeting Happy Birthday appears in a flowing script.
The inside is left unprinted, so both inner pages are free for your own message. A ribbed white kraft paper envelope is included, which means the greeting card is ready to post or hand over as it is. The Moomin card suits anyone who would rather give a carefully illustrated birthday card than a generic one.
The design is licensed and shows a calm, friendly scene. Snorkmaiden sits surrounded by flowers, with a flower wreath in her hair. The turquoise background holds the picture together and lets the lighter blooms stand out. The Happy Birthday lettering is set in script and stays in English, so if you want to write your wishes in another language, you simply add them inside. The Moomin logo is printed on the back.
Folded, the card measures 12 x 17 cm, which makes it easy to hold and a neat fit for the envelope supplied. It is printed on high-quality FSC-certified paper. The envelope is made of ribbed kraft paper in white and has a lightly textured surface. Each card comes individually wrapped in a clear OPP film which is recyclable.
- Folded card in portrait format, 12 x 17 cm closed
- Blank inside, room for your own message
- Front with Snorkmaiden, flowers and a turquoise background
- English Happy Birthday lettering in script
- Moomin logo on the back
- Ribbed kraft paper envelope in white
- Printed on FSC-certified paper
- Individually wrapped in clear OPP film, recyclable
- Contents: 1 folded card and 1 envelope
The card is aimed at Moomin fans and at anyone looking for a warm-hearted birthday card. Because the artwork is floral and quiet and the printed greeting simply says Happy Birthday, it works for friends, for family and for colleagues at the office. You can give it on its own or tuck it in with a present, next to a mug, a book or a small bunch of flowers.
Write your message before you slide the card into the envelope. With both inner pages blank you have space for a longer dedication, a quote or the signatures of several people. For a card that goes round the office, start on the left and leave the right-hand page free.
The greeting on the front is in English. If you would rather word your wishes in another language, put them at the top of the inside. If you give the card with a present, tie it to the outside of the parcel with a ribbon rather than pushing it under the wrapping paper.
What is included? You get one folded card and one envelope made of ribbed kraft paper in white.
Is anything printed inside the card? No, the inside pages are blank, which leaves all the space for your personal message.
How big is the card? Folded it measures 12 x 17 cm in portrait format, slightly larger than a classic postcard.
What language is the printed greeting in? The lettering on the front is in English and reads Happy Birthday in a script typeface.
Can the card be used alongside a gift? Yes. As nothing is pre-printed inside, it also works as an oversized gift tag.
