How does the Magnetic Spot Scrubber work? Drop the small magnet into the container with a bit of water and dish soap, then move the second magnet along the dirty spots from the outside.
What containers is it made for? For glass carafes, vases, bottles and decanters, especially the hard to reach areas that no sponge or bottle brush can get to.
Will the magnet scratch the glass? No. The nubs are made of soft rubber, so they scrub effectively without scratching the glass.
Can it go in the dishwasher? No, the dishwasher is not recommended. Rinse it by hand.
How much storage space does it need? Very little. It is small enough to fit in any drawer.
