Flex the small metal disc inside the hand warmer back and forth. The gel immediately starts to crystallise and gives off heat. Hold the warmer in your hand or pop it in your pocket. To "recharge" it, wrap the set warmer in a cloth and place it in boiling water for a few minutes until the gel is fully clear and liquid again. Let it cool – and it's ready for the next use.
- Prepare several warmers and keep them handy so one is always ready.
- After recharging, let it cool fully before activating it again.

Only "recharge" the warmer in boiling water as described and handle the hot water carefully. Do not open or pierce the pouch. Stop using it if damaged. Keep away from young children.
