How does the colour change work? The print is made with thermographic inks. As soon as you pour in a hot drink, the heart turns from black to red.
Does the heart stay red? No. As the drink cools, the graphic goes back to its original state, which also tells you when it's time for a refill.
Can the mug go in the dishwasher or microwave? No. It's hand wash only and not microwave safe.
