This Moomin Valentine's card is a single folded card in portrait format, printed with licensed original Moomin artwork. On the front, two Moomins hug each other and two red hearts float above them against a white background. The printed wording reads I Love You in a flowing script, and it is in English. Inside, the card is left blank, so the message is entirely yours to write.
It suits anyone who would rather not send a generic heart card on Valentine's Day. Moomin fans recognise the characters at once, yet the picture works without any background knowledge, because a hug needs no explanation. You get a greeting card with envelope: one folded card and one ribbed brown kraft paper envelope. The card itself comes packed individually in a clear, recyclable OPP sleeve.
The design leaves plenty of white space around the two figures, so the red hearts and the script are the only strong accents. The front wording is in English, worth knowing if you were hoping for another language. The back of the card carries the Moomin logo.
Because the inside pages stay blank, the tone is up to you: one line, a long letter or simply your name. The card provides the picture, the words remain your part.
Folded, the card measures 12 x 17 cm and stands upright. It is printed on high-quality FSC-certified paper. The envelope supplied with it is ribbed brown kraft paper.

Valentine's Day is the obvious occasion, but the card is not tied to it. I Love You works just as well for an anniversary, or for a day when you want to say something without a long run-up. This is one single greeting card rather than a set.
It also does well as a card to accompany a present. It is flat, slips under the ribbon of a wrapped parcel and takes care of the personal part that wrapping paper on its own cannot cover.
Lay the card flat on the table before you write and hold the inside fully open, so your lines stay straight.
Address the brown kraft envelope with a dark pen, since pale colours disappear quickly on brown. Keep this order: write the message first, address the envelope next, then slide the card in. If the card is meant to accompany a gift, lay it flat on top of the parcel so it is spotted the moment the wrapping comes off.
What is included? You receive 1 folded card and 1 envelope. It is a single card, not a set.
How big is the card? Folded it measures 12 x 17 cm in portrait format, so a little taller than a standard postcard.
Is anything printed inside? No, the inside pages are blank. The whole space is there for your own words.
What language is the front wording in? The script on the front is English and reads I Love You.
Is it only for Valentine's Day? No. It also works for an anniversary, for a message of love with no particular occasion, or as a card alongside a gift.
