Fill the bottle with hot but no longer boiling water (no more than two thirds full), press out the remaining air and close it firmly. Check the stopper before slipping it into the cover. Never place the bottle directly on bare skin and do not sit or lie on it. It is not suitable for infants, and children should only use it under supervision.
