The Chakra Crystal Grid Gift Set brings together seven tumbled gemstones, a selenite wand and a wooden crystal grid engraved with the Flower of Life, all in a wooden gift box. Each stone belongs to one of the seven main chakras, from the root to the crown. It means you can lay out a crystal grid straight away instead of sourcing the stones one by one.
The set is made for people who meditate, practise yoga or want a calm focal point at home. The box measures 13 x 13 cm and stands 7 cm tall, so it fits on any bedside table and doubles as storage for the stones once it has been opened. The set is made in China.
Everything sits together in the wooden box: the stones, the selenite wand and the grid with its engraved Flower of Life. You can lift the grid out to display it on its own, or keep the set packed away.

In Indian tradition, chakras are energy centres along the spine. Each of the seven main chakras stands for particular physical and emotional themes, and every stone in the set is matched to one of them.
Clear quartz is the crown chakra stone and stands for connection and spirituality, amethyst the third eye for intuition and clarity. Lapis lazuli belongs to the throat, green aventurine to the heart with love and emotional balance, yellow jade to the solar plexus, carnelian to the sacral chakra with creativity and joy, and hematite to the root.
Place the stones along the lines of the Flower of Life on the wooden grid, then circle them clockwise with the selenite wand. The symbol is thousands of years old and is read in many cultures as an image of creation and connection.
For meditation, hold the stone of the chakra you want to work with. Healing properties of crystals are not scientifically proven, but many people use the stones as symbols and as anchors for mindfulness and self-reflection.
Put the grid somewhere you see every day: a bedside table, a desk or your yoga spot. That way it stays a daily reminder instead of disappearing to the back of a shelf.
The stones can be held under cool running water roughly every four weeks and dried with a soft cloth. As an alternative, sweep the selenite wand across them, as selenite is considered self-cleansing. Left out overnight under moonlight they are traditionally recharged, especially at full moon. Avoid long spells of direct sunlight, as some stones can fade. As a present, the wooden box can go as it is.
