📦 Order & Delivery

When will I receive my order in Switzerland and Liechtenstein?

The fastest delivery at the best price!

  • Monday to Thursday before 5:00 PM: Delivery on the next working day
  • Monday to Thursday after 5:00 PM: Delivery two working days later
  • Friday before 5:00 PM: Delivery on Monday (if not a public holiday)
  • Friday after 5:00 PM: Delivery on Tuesday (if not a public holiday)
  • Weekend (Sat/Sun): Delivery on Tuesday (if not a public holiday)
URGENT Option (Express): Only available from Thursday 4:00 PM to Friday 4:00 PM. You will receive your order on Saturday. Surcharge: 17 CHF.

Shipping with PostPac Priority. Swiss Post defines delivery times. Delays beyond our control may occur.

When will I receive my order in Germany and Austria?

Your order will generally reach you within 4-7 working days after shipping.

The Post defines delivery times. We do not ship orders on public holidays.

When will I receive my order in other EU countries?

Your order will reach you within 5-10 working days after shipping.

Important: Delays may occur due to customs processing, beyond our control.
Can I pick up my order from you?
Attention: We are a pure online mail order company! Picking up items is not possible.
Do you deliver to packstations in the EU?

No. Deliveries outside Switzerland are not made to packstations. Please provide a complete delivery address.

💰 Shipping Costs

What does shipping cost to Switzerland and Liechtenstein?

Only 6.95 CHF flat rate – regardless of weight (up to 30 kg per package)!

Free shipping from 70 CHF of goods!
(URGENT express delivery is not available for free shipping)

Comparison: A Priority package from the Post costs well over 9.00 CHF depending on weight and generally has to be handed in before 12:00 noon. With us, you save time and money!

What does shipping cost to EU countries?

Shipping company: SwissPost

  • Up to 2 kg: 7.50 € (uninsured)
  • From 2 kg: 30 € (insured, registered)
Customs and import costs: When importing into the EU, additional costs such as VAT, customs duties or processing fees may apply. These costs are borne by the customer. Please inform yourself about the customs and import regulations of your country.

Which payment methods do you offer?

At enjoymedia.ch you pay the stated selling price plus shipping costs. We cover credit card or PayPal fees for you!

Available payment methods:

1. Invoice (Switzerland only)

  • Only for customers residing in Switzerland
  • Maximum order value: 600 CHF
  • Payment term: 14 calendar days
  • Credit check via CRIF AG reserved

2. Credit Card/Debit Card (via PayPal)

  • Charge occurs upon completion of order

3. PostFinance Checkout (Switzerland/Liechtenstein only)

What happens in case of payment delay?

In case of payment delay, reminder fees may apply:

  • 1st reminder: Free
  • 2nd reminder: 5 CHF
  • 3rd reminder: 15 CHF

In case of further payment delay, we reserve the right to assign the claim to infoscore Inkasso AG at the debtor's expense.

Are there additional fees for foreign orders?

Yes, for orders abroad, the following additional costs may apply:

  • Customs duties (depending on country)
  • Bank fees for transfers from abroad
  • Additional VAT payments when importing into the EU
  • Storage fees in case of delayed collection at customs

Important: All these costs are borne by the customer. Please inform yourself about the customs and import regulations of your country.

🔄 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

How long do I have a right of withdrawal?

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 14 days after receipt of goods

EU: 2 weeks after receipt of goods (according to withdrawal instructions)

How can I return products?

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are new and unopened.

Return conditions:

  • Original packaging and unopened
  • Complete with delivery note/warranty certificate
  • Within 14 days of notification of return
  • Risk and costs of return are borne by the customer

Important for shipments from abroad: Please clearly indicate that it is defective goods!

Refund: After verification of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded excluding shipping costs, provided the return conditions are met.

Which products cannot be returned?

No right of return is granted for the following products:

  • Personalized products specified at customer's request
  • Items whose expiration date has passed (especially food, cosmetics and perfume)
  • Items with damaged packaging
  • Items which, for hygienic reasons and health protection, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. sex toys and food)
What to do with defective products?

Please return defective products during the warranty period with a copy of the delivery note and the completed return form.

Important: Defective products must be kept in their original packaging.

Note: enjoymedia.ch does not provide its own warranty for delivered products. You only have the manufacturer's warranty, which must be claimed directly from them.

⚠️ Complaints & Warranty

What to do in case of delivery damages or incomplete delivery?

Please check the delivered goods immediately for:

  • Completeness
  • Correctness
  • Delivery damages
Important: You must notify us in writing of damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries within 5 calendar days of receipt of goods.
What warranty do I have on the products?

enjoymedia.ch does not provide its own warranty for delivered products. You only have a possible manufacturer's warranty.

This must be claimed directly from the manufacturer or the services designated by them.

Important: The warranty is generally limited, at the manufacturer's/supplier's choice, to:

  • Repair or
  • Replacement of defective/faulty products

Condition: No repair attempts by third parties have taken place.

🛒 Order Process

How is the purchase contract concluded?

The presentation of products on enjoymedia.ch constitutes a non-binding offer.

Process:

  1. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order
  2. You immediately receive an automated confirmation email (receipt confirmation)
  3. With the sending of the shipping confirmation by email, or at the latest after shipping of the goods, the purchase contract is concluded
Are the products always available?

enjoymedia.ch can only deliver goods while stocks last. We are authorized to make partial deliveries.

All information regarding delivery times and availability is without guarantee and can be changed subsequently.

Subsequent deliveries: Made immediately after receipt of goods in our warehouse.
What happens in case of delivery disruptions?

In case of delivery disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strike, material shortage, transport problems), we are authorized to cancel confirmed orders.

Your rights: You can withdraw from the contract 30 calendar days after the originally stated delivery date.

(This excludes pre-orders of products that are identified as such.)

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

Please check carefully when ordering:

  • Your delivery address
  • Your email address
Important: Costs arising from incorrect or insufficient delivery addresses (undeliverability) are borne by the customer.

The same applies to costs that arise if:

  • You do not accept the goods
  • In case of absence, you do not collect the goods from the shipping service

In these cases, you are entitled to a refund of any purchase price paid; further claims are excluded.

💵 Prices & Fees

How are the prices composed?

All prices are gross in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (EUR), including Swiss VAT.

The price displayed in the online shop at the time of order is decisive.

Not included:

  • Packaging costs
  • Shipping/delivery costs (displayed separately)

Errors, technical errors, writing and printing errors reserved. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

🔞 Youth Protection

Can I order alcoholic beverages as a minor?

No. According to legal provisions in Switzerland and the EU:

  • Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold to young people under 16 years
  • Spirits cannot be sold to young people under 18 years
By ordering alcoholic beverages and spirits, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase due to your age.

Do you offer conditions for resellers?

Yes! If you are a reseller interested in our products, you get the best purchasing conditions on catalog products.

Our business conditions for resellers:

  • Particularly favorable conditions on catalog products (with login, minimum quantities according to specifications)
  • Delivery with Swiss Post (unless otherwise desired)
  • Free delivery from 100 CHF order value
  • All selling prices excluding Swiss VAT
  • Recommended selling price includes Swiss VAT
  • Delivery on invoice (exceptions reserved, payment term 30 days net)
  • Defects must be reported within 7 days
  • Returns only after prior agreement
  • Goods remain the property of enjoymedia.ch until full payment
